If the printer is able to print in black & colors right during the cleaning of heads process, then i'm sure it's not the ink cartridges! I'm running out of ideas of what's happening! I, also, tried to photocopy a page and print it. If i try to initiate a regular test page or an alignment page, it would still not print. It's strange that only when i'm cleaning the heads that i can print out the test page. However, if i try to print anything else, nothing comes out. After each cleaning cycle, a print page would come out. I tried cleaning the ink heads several times. The paper would feed properly, the printer would attempt to print (mechanically doing what it's supposed to do) but no ink is coming out.
